Guccione Gone?

It would appear that Jeremy Frommer and Jerrick Ventures have lost at least one of the lawsuits regarding use of the Guccione name, for gone is The Guccione Collection (and URL). (Regular readers will recall earlier mentions of The Guccione Collection here and here.) In many respects, the venture, including (surprisingly low-yield final price) auctions and Omni Reboot, still exists — but now all are operating under a new name and URL: Filthy Gorgeous Media. Gone, however, are the lengthy odes to Bob Guccione and Penthouse. Even Jerrick Ventures is getting a “reboot”. I guess that’s what Frommer meant in February, when he said he was “close to settling two legal cases involving his rights to the collection”.

filthy gorgeous media

In related news, Filthy Gorgeous Media is launching a lingerie line called Miss Filthy. Along the way they’ve managed to wring more press out of Lindsay Lohan. *sigh*
