Such unlikely scenarios are classic pinup humor bits.

As a general rule, I think such comedic scenes -- and expressions -- play better when they are paintings, drawings, etc.. I'm not sure if this is due to poor acting/modeling ability, poor photography, or if such cheeky things just manage to avoid being cheesy in forms sans real human forms, where we expect reality to take a holiday. Or maybe it's just easier to laugh when the pretty little maid we've made a sexual joke is illustrated -- after all, she's been drawn to it.
